Dear Diary...

Hey everyone,

A lot of people ask me to share more information about myself and my life in my blogs and youtube channel and rather than bore you all with some quick fire facts, i thought i would write a 'diary entry' every now and then with my thoughts, things that have been happening and all of that yee-haw.  So here goes!

Dear Diary,

So once again, its raining, i dont think it could rain any harder if it tried here in scotland! (thats not a challenge, please dont make it rain any harder!).  Its sunday at about 1:30pm and ive already got that 'monday tomorrow' feeling, bleeurgh!

This weekend has been good! we had a girls night in on friday and we had a few drinks and a some laughs as usual which was good. On saturday, we went to carlisle, to ASDA! hells yeah! its sad that going to Asda is the highlight of our weekend but we do make a day of it, we go to gretna, we have lunch and generally just have a giggle. I bought one of the new gel nail polishes from Rimmel by kate moss, its like a navy blue colour and im looking forward to painting my nails with that, PLUS i always buy Marie Clare, so when i saw they were giving away a free Ciate nail polish i did a little skip.... kinda.

Today has been a family day, as most sundays are, where we all have breakfast together (vegetarian bacon rolls - YUM!) and then we all go our seperate ways throughout the day and tonight we'll all have dinner together - i think we're having a salad.

This week, im stepping up the old exercise and diet regime. I always say im going to, then a week goes by and nothing happens, well life's too short not to start something now, so im starting now! I do the wii fit 3 times a week, which will continue but im going to change up the routines a bit so its more challenging.

This past week has been hard for the world. In Boston, terrorists killed several people at the Boston Marathon, one of which included an 8 year old child. Sometimes the world is amazing, and others, it's just cruel, and its so hard to stay positive when so much bad has happened. The victims, their families and friends have all been in my prayers and im so glad the people responsible have now been caught - one of which have now died, however, there is still one alive. I just hope this is not going to happen again in any part of the world.

Aside from all of that, not much has been happening really! i'll be sure to update my 'dear diary' as and when something more happens :)
