Clarins Pure Melt Cleansing Gel

Clarins have released a cleansing gel and seeing as I am obsessed with gel consistencies, I was quite excited to give this a whirl.

You apply this onto dry skin and use your fingertips to massage this into your skin with circular motions (or so the fancy packaging says!) and then you rinse it off to reveal clean skin. Woah!

This actually feels a lot like Maybelline's Baby skin, except for this is getting slathered all over your skin for cleansing purposes, not to add as a barrier to the appearance of pores and all that yeehaw.

I dislike the baby skin malarky but I love this Clarins product because the two have completely different purposes and this one is just so much better!

In terms of cleaning power, I wouldn't use this to remove my makeup because it's unlikely to remove every last scrap of makeup but I definitely like it as a daily cleanser.

It's not my favourite cleanser of all time, but I have incorporated this into my daily skincare routine and it seems to be working well with my skin so I definitely cannot complain.
