Bumble And Bumble Thickening Range Review

Hey everyone!!

Hope you're all well...

Thought id give you a little break from the 30 day snap and do a little review for you all! dont worry though, 30 day snap will continue as always just wanted to include something more because i know you all LOVE the reviews.

ANYHOO!!

Bumble and Bumble are one of my favourite haircare brands and they have recently launched a new thickening range. I have quite fine hair and my hair tends to stick to my head sometimes, making it look limp and lifeless, so for me, seeing this new collection was like a god send!

For starters, i have the shampoo, conditioner and the creme contour to review.

Shampoo - for starters, the smell of this is very product-esque, if that makes any sense!? it smells aqua-y and all soapy. Normally i like different scents of shampoo but this one is quite nice, i feel like "ok you might not smell how i want you to smell, but its because you're going to do wonders to my hair" and so that was quite acceptable to me!

I decided to use this alone for my first time so i could do a proper review of solely the shampoo.  This shampoo definitely did the job, it made my hair feel thick and volumised but at times i felt as though it made my hair slightly frizzy. When i went to straighten my hair i noticed the ends of my hair looked more frizzed  than normal which obviously, isnt ideal.  So i was on a mission to try both the shampoo and conditioner together...

Conditioner - After shampooing, i used a small amount of the conditioner mainly on my mid lengths through to my ends. The bottle recommends combing your hair through and leaving for 2-3 minutes, so i used my shower comb (way too big for my head FYI!) and let my hair sit for a couple of minutes and then rinsed it out.

I blow dried my hair - it took sooooo long!! my hair felt so moisturised that it took ages to dry, and when it did i had amazing root lift and volume but silky smoothe ends which was fabulous!!

I definitely recommend both of these together. Don't just go buying the shampoo, get the conditioner aswell, or if you have to choose just go for the conditioner.

Lastly! the thickening creme. I normally dislike any sort of creme on my hair, but i went on a night out with the girls and needed my hair to stay in place without going flat, so i worked a little bit of this into the ends of my hair and it stayed put for a good few hours without letting the volume drop, but i did notice a little bit of residue in my hair which is of course to be expected but so many people ask me to mention this when talking about hair products so thought i would :)

Anyways, i know that was quite a loooooong review but i had a lot to say! lol so whats new right?

I would re-purchase the shampoo and conditioner, but if i was skint, i would just re-purchase the conditioner.

What are your experiences with thickening products?
