Hey everyone!
So this week, i did reasonably well, not as well as last week. I lost 1lbs which is good and still on target but i didnt do as great, probably all those birthday treats that i was MADE to eat... maybe not made...maybe i volunteered...maybe i bought the damn treats! hahaha!
Anyways, im quite pleased with myself! A friend on twitter @vintageblossom recommended chilli flakes, i got these and they liven up any bland meal including salads etc and they really help! Also i got peppermint tea! where has this been all my life!!! I love it! Tastes so so good! and is great for digestion.
Aside from that, ive been doing EA again, 3 times this week so far.
