Pop Art Halloween Makeup - Blogtober

I'm not the most creative person in the world so when it comes to Halloween, I usually find myself stalking the pages of instagram, looking for inspiration. I am a basic ass bish (yup, way too old to say that..) and I'm definitely not artistically talented enough to create anything too complicated, but whilst I was looking at Halloween looks, I stumbled across some Pop art Halloween Makeup, so thought I would try it out for myself and share the results.

I basically did a glam makeup look, using my normal products, then went in with a black liquid liner, a black khol liner and a white liquid liner for detailing.

It might just look like I've whacked some lines on my face and hoped for the best, but trying to get straight lines on each side of my face was really difficult! The natural contours of my face made certain parts lumpy or thicker than others, so having a steady hand and patience was a necessity for this look.

I could have definitely been a bit more dramatic with it but for my first go, I'm pretty impressed with the results.
