Day 1

Hey everyone

So I thought I'd let you know how I'm doing after day one.

So far so good! Did my zumba and stepped it up, but tonight my skinny family are all eating snacks and I'm curled up in a ball trying to imagine what I'd look like with a body like sophie dahl!

ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I feel so fat and disgusting right now, I wish I was the same as my sisters!!

  2. Well done on resisting the snacks. Make sore you have nice fruit in and Muller lights make nice snacks. Also weight watchers do some good low cal treats x
